TWB Co-operative Brewing (aka Together We’re Bitter) aims to provide the community of Kitchener-Waterloo with fresh, hand-crafted beer in a relaxed, interesting, inclusive space. We craft delicious beers inspired by styles from around the world, and infused with quality ingredients and care.
As a multi-stakeholder co-operative, we’re running things a little differently. Workers and community supporters own the business and have a say in how things unfold at TWB. Our aim is to make our community a more vibrant place to live by celebrating the intersection of creativity and craft beer.
We want to be a place for everyone in the community to come together and celebrate Kitchener and all it has to offer. Come by for a beer, stay for three.
