Trent Bauman first joined Menno S. Martin as an employee over 30 years ago. Eventually he went on to purchase the company with his business partner because he appreciated both the quality of the work and the “people-first” mentality. As the company celebrates its 75th year of business, Trent has become an advocate for building fairer practices into business models and instituted a policy where the company only brings on subcontractors that also pay a living wage.
